All orders received by 2:00 EST are shipped the same business day M-F. Our primary shipping provider is FedEx and most orders are received within 2 business days, but some deliveries can take up to 10 days depending on your location.

What is your shipping policy?

We are always happy to take returns and exchanges on new, unused products in their original packaging within 60 days of receiving the item with a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation page. We need your name, address and order number to be able to process your return. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used, mounted or opened (not in original packaging).

What is your return policy?

Most sizing questions we receive are around tube fitment. Most tubes on the market are multi-fitment tubes that cover a range of sizes due to the elastic and durable properties of today's butyl rubber. See our cross-branded tube fitment guide (add link).
